Undergraduate International Student Declaration of Finance Form

This form must be completed by all students who are not U.S. citizens or permanent residents who intend to be enrolled full-time at Merrimack College. The form must be accompanied by current (no older than nine months) proof of funding for the first year of studies in the form of a notarized bank letter. The total costs that must be documented can be found upon selection of your program of study below.
